Shinrin-yoku

A brother-in-law took us to the forest on Sunday morning. There were no mushrooms to pick so I could enjoy the beauty of a foggy autumn forest, moss, and beautiful cobwebs everywhere. The forest smelled wonderful after the rain. Shinrin-yoku has truly healing.
