Typhoon Koppu

We had planned a lazy day today, which turned out to be a good idea as Borneo is experiencing the tail end of Typhoon Koppu which is currently over the Philippines.

Torrential rain from yesterday evening until this afternoon. It has eased off a bit in the last few hours and we were able to get out for a while. The rain has started again now though and the forecast is for it to be worse tomorrow. Good job we did most of the activities earlier in the week!

The extra is one of the three macaws that make an incredible racket every day in the hotel gardens.
