River Welland , Stamford

We have family visiting from Scotland this weekend so today we took a trip to Stamford - the weather wasn't very good so we had a browse around an antique centre followed by a pub lunch then a walk around the beautiful old town . This is the river Welland which runs through the town. Despite the grey skies the trees looked really colourful ( not a great photo - only had my phone with me )
