a look at the future

Today we visited an interesting exhibit outside of Strasbourg: Archi<20.

it consisted in 20 cabanas built by various architects and students of architecture in an area called Le Grand Ried; each had to be environmentally-friendly, with the smallest footprint possible and with 20 square meters of living space.

That's one of the 20 projects and it was called... wait for it... the beehive. I thought about half of the projects were very cool and innovative as well as actually liveable.
