Party Boat, or maybe not

So we survived the teenage sleepover. Everyone managed to get a modicum of sleep and to be fair to the girls weren't particularly messy either. Apparently one of their number is a bit of a clean freak, so tidying was done!
Maisie's birthday has been spread over 3 days. So: 
Friday/Saturday, teen girl sleepover. 

Saturday pm bowling with girl friend who doesn't like sleepovers and boy friend, who is a friend and a boy, rather than a boyfriend IYSWIM

Saturday eve (1) Family birthday dinner, Hickorys Authentic American BBQ restaurant in Chester. Wow, amazing. Pulled pork followed by Smores Chocolate bread and butter pudding, followed by swift walk along the river upon remembering I hadn't actually taken any photos today. Lady Diana in full party swing, or at least the 2 people on it seemed to be having fun

Saturday eve (2) call at granmas on the way home for coffee and to pick up present.

Sunday Maisie's actual birthday. Birthday breakfast at Frankie and Benny's then off to buy laptop for birthday present.

Will be glad when Monday comes and I can stop eating!
