Afternoon tea...

A birthday gift from us for my dear friend J who invited me to join her... How kind ;-)))

Slept a bit better last night, no coughing fits! Took Ruby over the common this morning then met J for our trip into London. Walking to the hotel we seemed to join a bunch of doctors and nurses with placards on their way to a meeting place, opposite the hotel, before they went off on their protest march.

A lovely few hours of catching up over a glass of champagne, a wonderful spread of goodies and a good few cups of Darjeeling tea. Just what the doctor ordered!
