A perfect stopping point for my birds

Now long standing readers of my blip will know I used to miss the birds as my technical skills were not up to it. More recently I have done a lot better and have a remote option now which helps on days when first the cricket, then the rugby so enthrals me I can only leave my armchair for emergency matters like food etc

So at around 10.30 am I set up my camera to focus on this part of my bird feeder. During the next five hours I went through two batteries and in that time no bird whatsoever graced me with their presence. The only blip I could therefore present is this empty post!

But th cricket and rugby were brilliant.
