Alf's Corner

No idea who Alf was.  No 1 son is home for a few days and a job interview. I took him on my 5km local circuit to show him the permissive paths I have discovered in the valley.     He knew the speed would be too slow for him so wore a jacket.  I on the other hand in short sleeved running top ......... needed a shower when I got back .  I have noticed that the beginners spin class I have been attending is  doing wonders for  my stamina and I was able to jog nearly half the circuit without stopping. The last 2km is up hill. Not sure I will ever be able to jog that bit.
