Bordeaux!

(It's still uttered as an exclamation by my cousins in Calais as well as being the subject of this picture.)
A very short night last night, as we had a farewell dinner with the youth orchestra in the port of Barcelona followed by a sampling of the celebrations of St John The Baptist Day which is a celebration of Midsummer involving lots of firecrackers. Quiet it ain't but it's a lot of fun. Many locals stay up to watch the sun come up.
Three hours later, we were up to head to the airport, locate a lost passport, handle check in for eighty four people and their instruments and then fly home.
We've watched England leave the European Cup and now we are off to bed.
Two days off. Wooo -Hoo!
