Interviews complete and decisions made - there are some amazing people who are going to be very disappointed.  Interviewing is so bittersweet........the smiles on the faces of the successful but the heartbreak of those who didn't quite make it.  I guess it's the latter that builds our character.........or at least, lays the platform from which we are given the opportunity to build our character.  It's life's 'failures' that seem to teach us so much more about ourselves than any of our successes do.  How we react, how we recover, how we regain composure, how we redefine our goals, how we choose a new path to steer, how, how, how.  Maybe more importantly is the if we......
