Rhonas tiny hand

She is not so little any more! Soon be out of the first size, maybe a few more days but not much. She is still doing great. Sleeping for 4 hours at a time at night, but even when she gets up for a feed, she feeds one side and is fast asleep again for another 4 hours. It makes for an uncomfortable first feed in the morning after 8 hours!

She is feeding really well during the day. I had a worried afternoon yesterday after feeling a hard lumpy bit on my right breast. I was paranoid that it was going to turn into mastitis again (I ended up with an abcess with Euan), so fed Rhona in some different positions and had hot packs on it and was massaging it. Today, it seems to be back to normal thank goodness so it all seemed to help. I really don't want to go through what I went through with Euan this time!

Went out for high tea with granny and granda and gran and great granda this afternoon. I was picking up the greats so took the wee ones in the car 20 mins early and drove round the back roads before picking them up so Euan could have a half hour snooze before tea. It did him the power of good and he ate half grans soup, then chicken nuggets with some beans and a couple of chips. I enjoyed my macaroni and the cakes were yummy.

Euan went up to bed with no problem tonight and was up a couple of times but was in bed asleep by 8.45 so that is an improvement on the last few nights when it has been closer to 10! He is absolutely exhausted and still needs to catch up on a few hours of sleep.

Martin is watching the football and it has just gone to extra time so I might just go up to bed and read my book.
