The Old and the New

When I lived in Liverpool in the early 1990s, all you could see from this view was the old iconic skyline of the dock buildings, the Cunard building and the Liver building. Now it's interdispersed with a very modern skyline.

I'm up in Liverpool for the weekend with some friends celebrating a forthcoming big birthday.
