In Cómpeta

We took a little day trip, and visited some of the villages near Frigiliana. When we arrived in Cómpeta, we had all worked up some appetite, so a light salad and a coffee afterwards was highly appreciated. In Cómpeta we also met up with Magný, an Icelandic woman who owns a little hotel there. She is also the sister of Guðbjörg, who is married to Hjörtur (my husband's brother). It was very nice meeting her, and we even got a little sightseeing tour of her hotel. Afterwards we drove down to the beach, and took the seaside route back. It was a nice change from the hills earlier in the day. And in the evening we had dinner at a nice family run Polish restaurant (yes I know, maybe a bit strange eating Polish food when in Spain),  and the food was delicious.
