Yoga

It's been a beautiful day but I've just finished a mental busy shift at work... I got up late, squeezed in 20mins of yoga before eating some toast on the drive in. It's now 9.38pm and I've only just got in- haven't rested or eaten since that bit of car toast. And I missed a gorgeous sunny day...! Still the day began with yoga and will end with yoga, hence the meditative picture of a religious icon in my granny's house
