Toadstools

I tried a new class at the gym today - body step.  It was only 45 mins but I was exhausted by the end.  I'm obviously not very fit.  However, I felt as if it did me good (although I'll probably feel it tomorrow!).  We then went to see my mother-in-law and these toadstools were growing out of the wall in the car park of her care home.
