Parasol mushroom

The mushrooms have not been good this year as it has been too dry.  I did, however, pop down to the mushroom shop in Villefranche on my way back from taking a friend to collect her car.  The mushroom identification displays are useful and the mycologist will always check your harvest and alert you to any dangers.  The pharmacists used to do this but now will not commit themselves for fear of repercussions. It has been a beautiful day but the temperature has dropped and a jumper is now required.
