YOU CAN'T GET BLOOD OUT OF A STONE.

Thank you all so much for all the hearts and stars for yesterday's Heron, can't believe it, it is on page one of Popular.
Really thick mist this morning until 11.30am and then the sun came out and it was really hot, suddenly this beautiful Red Admiral arrived to feed on the almost dead Buddleia, it looked like it was trying to get blood out of a stone. Do hope it got some nectar, as it was flying around all the dead flowers.
Went shopping and then walked the dogs after the mist lifted, and then took Daisy to visit at the Care Home, and now she is out for the count.
