Berry smooth progress....

...was made by the Sammy's motor-caravaners over the last 5 days as they wended their way around some beautiful spots in Northland from lunch at the Puhoi Pub, both going and returning, the wonderful Matakohe Museum of kauri, Waipoua Forest and Tane Mahuta, the jewel -like Bay of Islands , the Hole in the Rock boat trip , Goat Island marine sanctuary ,  Matakana village and home to Rukuhia by 3pm. A quick shower and nourishing smoothie before setting off for Taupo tonight, then a wedding in Napier tomorrow. Then a few days relaxing in the van at Raglan -by-the Sea next week ...to recover!
