A day in the house that turned into an afternoon of taking children swimming that turned into me actually getting a swim myself. Everyone happy. And tired.

I say every year that I'm not going to bother with a certain 'business' competition type programme on the box and every year I end up tuning in like a good 'un every week. The usual mix of deluded fools and egomaniacs but what I did enjoy was their trip to Billinsgate Market that got soundtracked by a certain movie theme.
