Where was I?

I think this is possibly the most breathtaking building I have ever had the fortune to visit!!! We spent most of the morning wandering amongst these candy topped arches in awe (dodging, where possible, the bus loads of tourist who blundered in following umbrella topped guides who spoke in loud voices in a multitude of languages). After a lovely cool beer and tapas we strolled the streets stopping to paint and draw when the mood took us. Lovely and warm but no need to rush anywhere - it has been blissful!
Paella for dinner and too much wine so sleep will come on soon!!
