5p charge

I know many people may find the 5pm bag charge annoying but I think it's one of the best things to happen for the environment in a long time. I've seen first hand the state of the seas and if this charge reduces the number of plastic in the oceans then it's a huge step forward. Too many main animals die for swallowing or getting caught up in plastic and it's only our fault.
