This shot didn't quite go to plan and I didn't have the patience to keep at it!

Difficult client this morning...  I have been working on a council housing scheme for a developer in a Listed Building and it was all worked out to council design guides.  The scheme is slightly below their standards because of the nature of the existing building but generally it is still acceptable.  The contractor is on site but hasn't set out the separating walls to the setting out dimensions which means 2 of the flats will fall even more below the standards...

After guidance from my boss, I had to email him, basically saying we could only advise that he sets it out to what we have shown the drawings.  If he decides to change the layout then we will do as instructed.  In this situation, he works for the council - normally it would be us and we would project manage it on site, as we are doing with other projects.

I haven't heard form him since I sent that email...
