A Fyne view
Another day out, far too nice to stay indoors.
This time to Inveraray, and this time also with Andrew, who had taken the day off work. It was misty as we dove up by Loch Lomond but sky cleared and it became another beautiful day. We had lunch at the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar (langoustines, yum!), a visit to Inveraray Jail then a wander through the Ardkinglas gardens, home to both the tallest tree and the widest tree in Britain.
There's a few more photos in my Flickr
I guess this is what is known as a staycation, all the comforts of home, combined with local sightseeing.
