Archemidise screw

A very long but very fun day today. We went to the science center to meet up with two ladies from my mumsnet antenatal group 'the junebugs'- we had a bit of a misadventure getting there as Euans phone sat nav sent us to a random spot on the map in the middle of lots of fields.

Mostly sat in the cafe, but we did have a quick walk round the exhibits at the end. Ivy liked the opportunity to press big red buttons, whilst Euan got very excited about a metal disc falling ever so slightly slower than some other very similar metal discs.

We were supposed to meet sam for coffee, but it was getting late and ivy was very hungry so instead we went for dinner in wagamama. Didn't go as well as I thought it would, briar and willow screamed basically the whole time and I felt terrible that sam didn't get to enjoy her dinner. I shouted at a woman who nearly made me drop briar whilst wrapping her by 'I was just fixing her sock'- my 'don't touch her! Just don't touch hee! Never touch her ' was probably a major overeation but I was frazzled and I got a fright.
