Benches

There are so many serene interesting places here in Discovery Bay.   Places that when armed with a camera, I look at a little differently.

Met a dear friend for dinner tonight down at the plaza, and brought a big enough purse for the Nikon.   As I headed to the bus to come home these benches struck a chord with me - so I snapped away.   

A bench is a place to rest.  Or wait for the bus. During the day, a place for for workers to enjoy lunch on, or helpers to rest with their employers dogs at their feet as they catch up and chat with friends.

A bench hears many secrets I suspect ....
