wee trains

As a youngster I used to be into model trains (post-lego, pre-guitar'n'girls) so when I saw Troutfish's blip from yesterday I had to go along for a look. Using +1/3 as the perfect foil we spent the afternoon wandering around the layouts, looking at the rolling stock and model making bits. +1/3 absolutely loved it!

The layouts take a huge amount of time to make: +1/3 struck up a conversation with one of the exhibitors to find out how long: theirs had been in progress for the last 5 years and they still had plenty to do...

My new e-bay purchase (£30!) Pentax-A 28-80 w/ macro worked a treat. e-bay lenses ftw.
