Sunny Sunday

Although the weather was miserable to start it turned out to be a lovely day.
After breakfast I had an hour with the newspaper and then set to in the kitchen.
Those who have read previous 'blips' will know that two weeks tomorrow we get our new kitchen, in the meantime there is a lot to do.
Today we took down all the collectors plates and mugs and 50% of the panelling, cleaned up and prepared dinner.
Yesterday's surf wear, wetsuits etc, washed out, dried and put away then down town for coffee and cake and on to Ships & Castles Leisure Pool for a two hour swim.
Home, dinner and back to the week-end papers, recorded rugby for me tonight, NO football, one night of it is enough!
