Something's Cooking in the kitchen....

So, the apple trees are bending under the weight of the apples. 

Himself concocted me a lovely Apple and Bramble Crumble on Sunday, and Apple and Chili Chutney for himself.

Over the last couple of days,  the bramble jelly has been in preparation. 

The smell in the house is immense.   Takes me right back to when my dad used to make bramble jelly.... And the pair of us use to lick the plate with the tester dabs on them, over and over and over - we tested more than we made I think
