Cake-Day

Today was our Coffee Morning at work to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Lots of yummy goodies to choose from but my favourites were the Portugese Egg Custard Flan and the Apple Crumble cake - both of which I could have gorged myself on. These beautiful cupcakes and sponge were made by one of our talented Radiographers (I've used the Carmine filter on this one and I love the contrasting colours). Now home and wishing I'd brought some with me.
