dancy dancy

one of my dad's patients has offered to paint my darling nieces' portrait as gratitude for my dad saving her life this summer. that's pretty amazing.

evie and caroline were far from cooperative. i did get a good side shot early on. but my favorite is when they were dancing around instead of sitting still.

the sky today was unreal. i'm glad i caught it before it unleashed all hell upon me.

it's been a long week already; i wish i could have an extra day to sleep.

oh the days.. now i must decide between going camping in west texas for two weeks over new year's or going to germany to visit a couple of friends over new year's for a week or more?

i'm leaning towards berlin. any thoughts?
