Keeping Up the Good Work

Now that the club championships are over, and winter is approaching, fewer people, and dogs, use the training field at the dog club. Mum reckoned it would be a good idea to build and run a short agility course, and to do an outdoor dancing session with Hedwig, which was now quite some time ago. So that's what we did!

I ran the mini course with jumps and tunnels, just like at the competition, with no faults. There were, admittedly, no distractions this time, like fishy judges... We did a little seesaw training, but not only is this difficult with only one human, mum had also forgotten the clicker. Hello?!

For the first time ever, we did our dance routine from start to finish with no treats during it. Mum, inspired by this weekend, said let's just go for it, and it worked! I do get lots of treats at the end, it's just that I have to get used to it working that way.
