Giving

Marie had another procedure today and the result was not what we were expecting. Marie was supposed to have another Dilation of her Anastomosis but Mr Roadley decided not to as it has shrunk back to the original size post Radiation. I did have a bit of trouble holding back the tears as this is quite frustrating. Mr Roadley has sought the Second Opinion of a very respected Colleague who thrives on difficult and complicated cases and surgeries. Prof Frank Frizelle is considered the best and most qualified to seek further advice from. This surgeon is head of Colorectal Cancer and Surgery in New Zealand and was a Professor by the age of 40, some one who deserves a great amount of respect. So on October 29 we have a consultation and the next day Marie will go to theatre for an EUA ( Examination under Anaesthetic). We will have two nights accommodation at one of the cancer Society  Venues in Christchurch.
