Feeding Time

I put out some stale bread for the birds and it wasn't long before they arrived. Can they smell food? or is it good eyesight? The seagulls made short work of the bread leaving just crumbs for the smaller ones. All is not lost for the smaller ones because we went to Costco and replenished the seedfood and I have now refilled the feeder.
