The Tenaway - Eastern Cascades

Went up over the pass about 3 hours from the city for a hike today - spent night last night, why is it we sleep like logs in the out of doors, and then hiked up to this about 3 hours, and down about 2 hours.  The yellow are larch, an "evergreen" that loses its needles after they turn glorious yellow.  Always a treat to get there in time to witness.

Extra - just another - all I did in photo department was record colors of weeds and things, with the phone.  So easy and no fuji yet in my quiver.
