Optimists

I decided to spare you another photograph of Andrew today and instead headed out to seek a sunset – surely you can't get enough of them. I'd hardly gone a hundred metres when I came across this pair sitting roadside having a great time to themselves.

Turns out they weren't quite as daft as I thought, they were waiting on their lift back home after an afternoon fishing up at the loch. The only thing missing was any evidence of success. Not that it seemed to matter to them, clearly they were enjoying the school holidays with or without fish.

In the meantime, a tenous fishing song.
