Amid the Mod in Oban. Awesome. Not a parking space to be had this side of Crianlarich.

What's Oban known for? High Street with the best views in Britain. Gateway to the Isles. A folly (Mccaig's Tower) that is impossible to get a good photo of (see extra). A distillery. Scotland's foodie town - the seafood is awesome. Even a fast food stall pictured here was fantastic.

But beware the seagulls. They will apparently steal chips from under your very nose. Lesson to be learnt? Don't keep chips under your nose.  Especially at £8 a pop for fish and chips!
