It looks like I am having a bird week!!
The sky soon lost its blue as a front rolled in over the ocean today. The wattle bird is nesting close by in the trees in our neighbourhood, they once was a very shy bird staying close to bushland but as suburbs get developed they are slowly having to become a brave little bird as their bush is almost on our doorstep...

Glyn has a new cast on his broken wrist, after another X-ray this morning, a much lighter one made from fiber glass, still another 6-8 weeks for a full recovery followed by some weeks of hand therapy, the good news is he doesn't need surgery, time will do its job, the healing process is on the right track, all good...

We went to the movies this afternoon, Matt Damon made a fine astronaut stranded on Mars, another good to watch Spielberg movie "The Martian" or if like myself another good to watch Matt Damon movie ....
