Our old goat

She's a sophisticated lawn mower, with a sophisticated name -
Zamba-Poppy.  She lives up at the cow shed, and has a fantastic life, meeting and greeting all the trucks and visitors that come up the drive to the shed.  She's also our lawn mower, although at the moment we have so much grass she can't keep up, so Farmerboy has to assist her, mowing with a mechanical mower.

We've had Zamba-Poppy for a number of years now.  My father-in-law owned her mother, who had twins, one of them being Zamba-Poppy.

We had 22 mms of very welcome rain overnight and during the morning.  The sun then came out this afternoon and it reached a very nice 20 degrees C.  Perfect weather for grass to grow!
