Pumpkin Cookie Time!

Moira and I both love anything with pumpkin in it….particularly Pumpkin Cookies! It was not only a treat to make them together but to eat our delicious cookies.  Moira loves every step of baking.  She has cracking the eggs down to perfection, know just the right speed to cream the sugar and butter, and measures the flour  now without a cloud of white in her face!  Hands down, the finishing touches is what Moira excels in.  Whether it is sprinkles or icing, she loves to create.  I only wish I could have captured both of our faces when we took the first bite!
