Yoga for happiness

Today was one of those days where I just felt a little bit tired, emotional and overwhelmed.
One thing that seems to really help me in these times is yoga. Whilst I risk sounding overly hippy, I find it really does help me to find myself again, and just having that time to process my thoughts.
I am hoping to start the 30 days of yoga by yoga with adrienne, but I decided that it would be better to start after half term as I am going to New York
But yeah- yoga makes me happy, and makes me feel cool hehe
