Tintern

A lovely Autumn day today.  I've got today and tomorrow off work so we went to Tintern for lunch.  We found a nice pub and chilled out before going for a walk along the River Wye.  There's a lovely book shop where I saw a book of all three Magic Faraway Tree stories.  I remember my sister enjoying these so bought it for her to read to my nieces.  I hope they enjoy that.  I managed to get a Christmas sweater in the sale and Mr T found a nice pair of casual shoes/trainers.

The water wheel is 139 years old and ways 4.25 tonnes.  At one time this was a lock as the tidal height is 20m.  

Then back home and a quick change for the gym before coming back for tea and trying not to get side tracked by the Mark Webber auto biography my husband surprised me with.  

I asked him to chose the Blip today and he couldn't pick, so I'll blame him for so many extras!  Just as well there aren't too many days left!
