Autumnal

On my walk into work I got to kick my way through these crispy leaves.

My Dad had broken up the rabbit hutch and we took it to the local tip, along with an old gate too. Then we called in to see my Aunt Pam who is in a care home. She's always in good spirits and retains her sense of humour.

I went to my Body Pump class and then had a walk with Hovis, Rowan, my Dad and his dog, Flint. We had to use phone torches because it was so dark that we couldn't see where we were going!

Another day done!
