Monsieur Bing

Another day right out of the Book of Busy.

Garden, washing, cooking, stove researching, French policy researching (two fronts). Then off to buy CarbBoy's new trainers (having forgotten again, for the umpteenth time, that shops don't open on a Monday) and on to have the doctor certify that the kids are allowed to do sport this year. I suppose it is reassuring in a way to get them this annual health check: they both have clear lungs, good blood pressure and straight spines. Good to know. Here's the choice of reading (while we waited 30 mins past our appointment time - some things are the same the world over).

Shopping, pizza, Doctor Who, long chat with Mr B and now the ironing looms again....
