Disappointments

As you can imagine I was full of expectation at the choice of 'Rock' as the theme for this weeks Mono Monday.  The Mrs will create a beautiful portrait of me showing that I am her 'rock', her go to guy.  I assumed too much.

She put me in the car.  A WALK!!!  But no.  Just a trip to the village shop to get a stick of rock.  Disappointment No.1.
The photo shoot itself led to Disappointments 2, 3 and 4: I did not get a long cuddle with the Mister, I was not allowed to have more than a few licks of the rock, and I have not yet received my modelling fee.
