You cant catch me I'm the gingerbread man!

Well, this little bird isn't quiet a gingerbread man but he was running around like a nutter trying to not get snapped by me. Ive been calling him the batman bird as he looks like he has a batman mask on! Hehe
Would love to actually know what bird he is, if anybody out there has a clue it would be appreciated.
Been a cloudy day today so fingers crossed for some sun for the hubby's birthday tomorrow. X
