Autumn garden

Much of the weekend has been devoted to tidying the garden which still has a surprising amount of colour. Yesterday we visited our local garden centre to buy a few bulbs and came back with a heap of sale plants- all perfectly healthy but without any flowers. Most have now been put in, but a few are waiting for us to renovate another flower bed.

This afternoon I had a disaster, dropping a heavy glass jar onto the top of the cooker hob and cracking the ceramic top. I think it might be rather expensive to repair :(
