Disappointing evening after a boring day

A very boring day today. Other than going for a run and popping briefly to the supermarket I've spent the day at my desk from 7.30 this morning until 7.00 this evening. Then, after dinner, we sat down to watch Ireland in the last qualifier game for the Euros. They needed to win or draw at least 2-2 to qualify. It came close a couple of times but the final score was 2-1 to Poland, so Ireland have to go through the play-offs to qualify. It just seems that every team we follow lets us down :-(
