Fabulous Ibo sculpture at the Wellcome ....

After South Bank University's open day today for Katy .. she and I took a turn around the Alice Anderson's exhibition at the Wellcome. Interesting glimmering copper covered everything - from a canoe, spectacles and ladders to a Ford Mondeo!!

We wandered on to the main collections where we saw wierd, spooky, stunning and amazing things all together. Difficult to choose a single blip today ... but this captures Katy engrossed in the background so it felt like the right one. I love this place ... from the Anthony Gormley you walk under as you arrive to the fabulous, new eliptical staircase. They just know how to do it right. I wonder what their annual budget is....
