Graffiti

Cold but beautiful sunshine today in Warsaw......this blip is an image of a " graffiti Car Park close to the Warsaw Football Stadium.......all images are totally against football.....I'm cream Crackered My travelling Companion and work colleague John is a very fast walker and we have walked MILES today.....
ouch !! my muscles are aching greatly...
We did have lunch in a fab Polish ( upmarket may I say)....
Restaurant..........not not that we WALKED miles last night also....please forgive me for not replying over the last few days
I will try and catch up.....I'm stating in tonight ......and I have eaten that much today that I have given my evening meal a miss
