Part 2
Following on from yesterday's blip.....
A family friend who was an engineer but loved to paint, did this painting about 30yrs ago of the building where I worked. When he died I was gifted it and I do love it as well as the memories attached to it. He would often joke with my daughters when they were small that I was waving to him from one of the Windows whilst he was painting.
Which brings up another memory, approx 1979 James McIntosh Patrick, a famous Scottish landscape artist, set up In one of the corner offices to paint Dundee High School, we were fascinated to watch this progress.
